At Vitalyx Fitness, we work with authorized manufacturers and fulfillment partners across the United States. Because many items ship directly from supplier facilities, all return and refund requests must follow the process below to ensure proper authorization and handling.
Return Window
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.
If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the requirements below:
General Return Condition Requirements

The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it

The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all parts, accessories, manuals, and inserts

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can document the issue and initiate the appropriate resolution with the carrier and manufacturer.

If damage is not reported within 7 days of delivery, the carrier or manufacturer may deny the claim, which can impact eligibility for a refund or replacement.
Orders Marked Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package, notify us as soon as possible. Vitalyx Fitness will verify delivery information with the carrier and may require a claim process. Resolution timelines vary depending on the carrier investigation.
Non Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including but not limited to:

Items that have been used, assembled, or altered

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. In some cases, we may provide a return shipping label. In other cases, returns may be shipped using a carrier and method specified in the authorization instructions.
Items sent back without return authorization will not be accepted.
Please do not send your purchase directly back to the manufacturer unless we instruct you to.

Exchanges
We replace items only when they are defective, damaged, or arrive non functional.
